First person to challenge someone to a fight by pressing his shoulder against theirs, walking around in a circle and repeatedly saying “what’s up, then?”

 god, so many potential fights that never came to fruition due to 10 minutes of this shit then a teacher would come around and break it all up.

My (public high school teaching) mom always said breaking up fights between two guys was easy because this is exactly what they did. But, god bless your soul if you gotta break up a fight between two girls.
